What we collect and why
- Contact form, e-mails and calls: your name, e-mail address, telephone number and message, to answer your questions and arrange viewings. Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in answering it.
- Buying or selling with us: the identity, contact and property details needed for a sales mandate, a viewing or a sale. Legal basis: the contract or the steps before it.
- Legal obligations: as an estate agent we must verify the identity of our clients under the anti-money laundering rules (Code monétaire et financier). Legal basis: legal obligation.
We never sell your data and we do not use it for advertising without your consent.
Who receives your data
Only our team, and where needed for your project, the notary, the other party to a sale and our partners in a sale you have agreed to. Our website host (Studio la Brame, on servers of Argeweb B.V. in the Netherlands) processes data on our behalf. Your data stays within the European Union.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries without a follow-up: 3 years after our last contact.
- Mandates and sales: 5 years after the end of our relationship (anti-money laundering rules), and 10 years for accounting documents.
